Terms of use
What this service is, and what it isn't.
Effective October 7, 2026. These terms cover your use of this website and our phone number.
Our role
Arlington Foundation Experts refers homeowners to independent foundation repair contractors. We are not a contractor or an engineering firm, we don't do foundation work, and any agreement you make is between you and the contractor.
No guarantees
We can't promise that a contractor is available, or vouch for their price, timing, workmanship, license, insurance or warranty. Check any contractor yourself and get terms in writing.
Information on the site
Cost ranges come from published guides and aren't quotes. Summaries of city rules aren't legal or engineering advice and may be out of date. Check with your city and with a licensed engineer.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from use of this site, a referral, or a contractor's work.
Law
These terms are governed by Texas law.
